2. Ticket Aggregation & Affiliate Disclosure

3. Pricing Discrepancies & Availability
While ConcertCatch makes every effort to reflect real-time ticket availability and exact pricing, live secondary market inventories fluctuate rapidly. The final price, seating selection, and service fees displayed on the partner merchant's checkout page take precedence.
4. Limitation of Liability
ConcertCatch is not liable for event date changes, artist cancellations, venue entry restrictions, or merchant order disputes. All purchase fulfillment issues must be handled directly with the seller partner specified on your order confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, designs, trademarks, software code, and editorial content on ConcertCatch are the property of ConcertCatch or licensed partners. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
